Property and Features:
1. Better solubility than VBL in water
2. Anionic type, acid endurable, can be used in one bath of anionic surfactant.
3. Un-compatible with copper, iron ion, cationic dyestuff and surfactant.
Application Field:
1. Whitening agent for cotton and it’s blends.
2. Whitening agent for white pattern in discharge printing of cellulose fabric
3. Whitening agent for light colored cellulose fiber.
Application Process:
1. Exhaustion process
BBU: 0.05-0.5%(o.w.f), bath ratio: 1:10-30, dyeing temperature: 40C-100℃
Na2SO4: 0-10g/l, running for 20-40mins, baking, curing.
2. Padding process
BBU: 0.5-2.5g/l, PH: 3.0-9.0 Running speed: 30-40m/min
Package and Storage:
Packed in cardboard drum net 20kgs, Stored under dry and cool condition without light.
